Bird Petroglyph:
Birds are predominant in Tlingit culture with the mischievous Raven the central character in many Tlingit stories. This particular design is inspired from a Petroglyph found in Wrangell, Alaska, but similar variations representing eagles, thunderbirds, hawks and turkeys are common rock carvings and found all over the country. |
